ESID 2026 participants are currently being targeted by scam emails from multiple ‘companies’, regarding accommodation / lodging arrangements for Maastricht.

They will often have very professional looking websites and their emails might seek to trap you in by just asking you to confirm your travel dates to ‘finalize your reservation’.

If you are contacted by any provider or organiser other than ESID, IPOPI, INGID, Kenes Group (the official Meeting organiser) or your “group leader”, asking for any details, or a deposit or payment, we strongly urge you not to respond to them, or give over any contact or credit card information.
